As a one-woman business, response times may take up to one week during peak booking season. I truly appreciate your patience and will always do my best to respond as quickly as possible.

~  The Booking Process  ~

Once you have received your quote and have made your decision to move forward, we will proceed to the next steps!

PLEASE READ the following information so you are aware of what the Booking Process will entail.

tasting.

SbC offers scheduled sampler box pick-up days every couple of months. If you follow on FB/Instagram, you'll see that the dates are typically advertised a week or two in advance. boxes must be pre-ordered. 

  Typically we will book far enough in advance that you will have the opportunity to experience 2 (or more!) tasting boxes which will allow you to try a nice variety of favorite flavor combinations, however If there is a particular flavor you’d like to taste that was not included in your sampler, let me know and if my schedule allows, we will plan a time for you to pick up a sample. (Note: this may not be possible during the busy wedding season [ June - Oct ] but I will try my best to make it happen!)

payment.

In order to reserve your date, a non-refundable $100.00 retainer is required.

The easiest form of payment is Venmo:

however Zelle and other electronic payment methods are also accepted. 

50% of your remaining balance is due 3 months prior to your event.

final payment must must be submitted in full 2 weeks before your wedding date.

After the retainer has been paid, we will set up a consultation to discuss the details of your order either in person at my oxford kitchen or via Zoom/phone, whichever you’d prefer!
