I do have limited Gluten-free/Dairy-free/Vegan options, however 

I do not bake in a certified allergen-free facility,

so for those with extreme sensitivities, allergies, or Celiac disease,,

I highly recommend ordering from a certified gluten-free/allergen-free bakery. 

I am able to make non-wheat flour cakes and cakes with non-dairy ingredients, but I cannot guarantee that there is no chance of cross-contamination with products containing gluten, as well as other allergens such as eggs, soy, dairy, tree nuts & peanuts.
